Prepare for Your Arrival at the Opening Doors Gala

We are excited to see you at Emma Norton’s Opening Doors Gala 2022, Thursday, April 28! We have some important reminders and event information to share with attendees.

Parking

$5 parking is available in the Capital City Plaza Parking Ramp at Cedar Avenue and 4th Street East. The hotel is accessible from the parking ramp via skyway as well as from the street via the main entrance on East Kellogg Boulevard.

Note that there are numerous construction projects in and around Saint Paul. Please drive safely and plan for extra time around construction traffic.

Vaccine and Mask Policy

Emma Norton serves many vulnerable individuals and families with a variety of health concerns. We have a commitment to keeping our residents, staff, and supporters safe. To this end, proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event will be required for all individuals attending the Opening Doors Gala in person. Proof of vaccination/negative test can be shown via physical vaccination card, photo of the card, or through any third-party app where your card may be uploaded. Please have your proof of vaccination or negative test results ready for our volunteers when you arrive.

Masks are not required at this time; however, we encourage all guests to wear a mask when not actively eating or drinking. If you are feeling unwell or are experiencing any cold-like symptoms, please stay home. The silent auction will be accessible remotely and we will be livestreaming the program- watch the livestream here!

The welcome table opens at 4:30 p.m. Guests should check in at the welcome table located at the top of the escalator to verify their bidding information and to receive their name tag and program.
